urbanbubble nominated in 14 HomeViews Awards Categories

The HomeViews Resident Choice Awards 2025 is rapidly approaching this Thursday and since the announcement of the shortlist, urbanbubble has been reeling in the many nominations our sites have received this year!

With a fantastic rating of 4.64 stars, the resident-verified reviews on HomeViews are a testament to how hard our people work up and down the country to maintain our amazing communities to the highest standard.

We picked up nominations in 14 categories this year, and it’s time to celebrate this achievement and those who have helped made it happen.

As a rental operator, we’ve secured nominations in the ‘Top Rated Rental-Only Community’ category across all regions in the UK. Here are all our amazing sites that are up for the Top Rated Rental-Only Community Awards up and down the country:

• Blackhorse Mills & New Acres Wandsworth (London)
• The Whitmore Collection (Midlands)
• Mustard Whard at Tower Works (North East)
• The Residences (North West)
• PLATFORM_ (Scotland)
• Hove Gardens & York & Elder (South East)
• Wood Street House (Wales & South West England)

On top of this, three of those sites are also up for the Top Rated Small Rental Community UK (101-300 units), with Mustard Wharf (Leeds), Spring Wharf (Bath) and The Whitmore Collection (Birmingham) being recognised for their excellence and up for the chance to win.

As well as some of our smaller communities getting the recognition they deserve, some of our larger scale ones have been nominated as well, with both The Residences (Manchester) and Wood Street House (Cardiff) being shortlisted for the Top Rated Large Rental Community UK More than 300 units award!

Aside from rental-only properties, all 3 of the Co-Living sites that we manage have been nominated for the Top Rated Co-Living Community, with Florence Dock, Sunday Mills, and The Palm House from London on the shortlist for urbanbubble!

Spring Wharf yet again picks up another nomination for the Resident Team of the Year for their amazing work in keeping the building maintained and ran to an excellent level. And of course, for the Resident Team Member of the Year, the nomination goes to none other than the brilliant Mohammed ‘Mo’ Hassan from Wood Street House. His willingness to always help and his hard work have made him a resident favourite and we are so pleased that he has been recognised for his talent.

In the Most Improved Rental-Only Community Award, both Spring Wharf and Wood Street House were shortlisted.

Finally (last but certainly not least), urbanbubble has been nominated for the Top Rated Large Build to Rent Operator. Our BtR portfolio is not only expansive, but incredibly highly rated and extremely well-managed, as proven by the many overwhelmingly positive HomeViews reviews from verified residents.
