I really appreciate the effort that’s been put into the building, from the set of communal tools in the bike store down to the 24hr reception. The communal workspace is absolutely perfect, it’s such a godsend for me as a remote worker who loves working from home but enjoys leaving my flat and having a change of pace still. The team here are so kind and they care for everyone. It really feels like home. 

The building is an excellent place to live, the apartments are thoughtfully designed and furnished to a high standard. The facilities are great and the management team is lovely. It’s been an absolute pleasure to reside at Elliot’s Yard! It’s the perfect place for young families or working professionals. 

The building management has been very helpful and responsive whenever support was needed. In particular, Harita has been outstanding and deserves special praise for being professional, approachable and genuinely helpful at all times. Any issues or questions were dealt with efficiently, which made living here much easier and more comfortable. Overall, the management team does a great job of keeping the building well run and residents supported. Shoutout as well to Troy and Luke for their help and positive attitude and good chats. 

New Acres staff is unbelievable, always kind, ready to fix any problems with a great smile. The apartment is nice and cosy, very warm during the wintertime with no humidity. They also give out lots of prizes, and the pool is warm and great with a very clean and nice changing room. Every month, new exciting events are organised. Special thanks to Paolo, Francisco, Holly and Salvino .

The design is immaculate, it’s so modern and so up-to-date. Beth, the concierge is absolutely amazing as well. As a new tenant if we ever have any issues she sorts it immediately, she’s so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. Everybody is so lovely here. 

Bale & Anchor in Lewisham is a beautifully designed modern development with excellent attention to detail. The apartments are bright, spacious, and well laid out, offering a high standard of living with quality finishes throughout. The building includes fantastic facilities such as a fully equipped gym, co-working areas, communal gardens, and a welcoming residents’ lounge, all of which create a strong sense of community. Building and property management are professional, friendly, and responsive, ensuring everything is well maintained and residents’ needs are met quickly. The overall atmosphere is modern, secure, and vibrant, making Bale & Anchor a great place to live for professionals and families alike.
