Rental Appraisals
Our rental appraisals help our clients determine estimated rental income at their new developments. We draw on our own experience and extensively research the local rental market, including comparable schemes, to produce an accurate and reliable assessment of the most appropriate and viable rents for our client’s new communities.
City Reports
Our City Reports are now industry–renowned. They look in–detail at a given city’s demographics, local wages, employment market, transport networks, rental activity and residential comparables so our clients get a comprehensive insight into their target cities.
Amenity Uplifts
We advise on what amenities (e.g. gyms, resident’s lounges) to include at our client’s residential communities. We also assess the value added by including balconies, furnished apartments, baths or showers by examining the local rental market.
Comparables Research
Our clients get to position their communities against existing and proposed comparable schemes, and we make recommendations drawing on our own experience to help clients optimise rental performance.
