Viadux Community Manager shortlisted for Rising Star at ARMA ACE Awards

We are extremely proud to announce that Cerys Scarlett-Swift has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award at the 2025 ARMA ACE Awards!

Cerys Scarlett-Swift has quickly become a standout figure in the property sector, making significant contributions since her shift from commercial to residential property. At just 25, she has surpassed expectations as the youngest Community Manager at Viadux, a luxury residential building in Manchester City Centre. Despite being in her role for less than a year, Cerys has secured over £30,000 in investments, all on a budget of £0, demonstrating her innovative and dedicated approach that she has brought over from her previous career in commercial property.

When Viadux opened in July 2024, Cerys spared no time to secure deals by negotiating a £20,000 product donation from Manchester Gin, providing residents with bespoke spirits and room service through a custom-built app. She also organized monthly events through an exclusive partnership with Three Little Words, the independent distillery a mere 44 steps from Viadux, securing permanent discounts for residents.

Cerys’s creativity extended to more than just partnerships with businesses on Viadux’s doorstep. She established collaborations with Tshibangz Bakes, Nells Pizza, Revolución de Cuba, and the Hilton, offering residents a variety of tailored and unique events. Her efforts led to Viadux achieving 100% occupancy within four months and garnering over 100 five-star Google reviews by redefining customer service as a comprehensive ‘customer experience.’

At the core of Cerys’s work is her commitment to giving back to the community, benefiting both residents and local businesses. Her leadership has fostered a thriving community at Viadux, setting a new standard in the residential property sector.

Her dedication earned Viadux the HERO Team of the Year award and personal nominations for the ‘Passionate’ and ‘Effective’ awards at the internal HERO Awards, highlighting her impact and excellence in her role.
