International Women’s Day at urbanbubble: Roundtables, discussion, and more

At urbanbubble, we value strong female representation across the business, and our culture and allyship have led to a diverse and welcoming workplace where opportunities are equal and thriving.

The theme this International Women’s Day is ‘Accelerating Action’, and this week, we have had conversations about how to move forward every year and what action with impact looks like.

Last week we gathered inspiring female colleagues from all sides of the business, from our incredibly strong Build to Rent portfolio to Resident Services, so they could openly discuss their experiences in the industry and at urbanbubble.

Joining our host, Head of Marketing, Emma Sutton, are Louise Bangee (Director of Build to Rent), Tansia Kabongo (Resident Services Assistant), Rebecca Whitehead (Regional Operations Manager), and Holly Rodgers (General Manager, Blackhorse Mills).
