Staff are very friendly, and always say hello. They also always remember who you are which really adds to the sense of community. The facilities are incredibly useful and are always kept very clean. The flat itself is well designed and allows lots of room for you to add your own personal touch.

Nice design gym is great also a social working space good community vibe. The design of the building is really stylish and great amenities as well. The management team are great and the apartment is really nice. Any issues are always resolved quickly.

This location is my partner and I’s first time renting and I will always say it’s like staying at a five-star hotel, from the 24/7 security to the on-site gym, not to mention the roof terrace is amazing and the views are amazing. The lifts are always maintained and are spectacularly convenient. My partner and i requested maintenance in our flat and our issue was resolved in 30 minutes of asking. And to know someone will always accept and organise my parcel in a secure location makes me feel at ease that i’ll never miss a parcel.

Comfortable and convenient The building is very modern with sleek lines , communal spaces are beautifully designed and furnished with an outdoor balcony with spectacular views of Cardiff and the valley leading into Cardiff. The management is efficient and friendly- we rented here while one of my daughters came from London to donate me a kidney and another daughter came from Florida to look after us. Management even sent us flowers and couldn’t have been more helpful for which we thank them all.

The front-of-house team deserves a special mention for being so helpful and welcoming - they really make a difference. Additionally, the management team goes above and beyond by organising events like cheese and wine tastings and wreath-making sessions, which create a lovely sense of community. The real highlight is the sense of community among the residents, which makes living here feel even more enjoyable.
