Staff is supportive and friendly Plenty of facilities exist, such as a gym, TV lounge, residents’ lounges, workspaces, meeting rooms, etc. The staff is friendly. We were there for almost one year, and there was no utility outbreak during that year. We were there as we lived in our own "home". Lifts and facility areas are clean and tidy.

In the short time we have been living here we’ve made some great friends, the other tenants are great people and the staff are so warm and welcoming. We really enjoy it here and will continue to do so. There is genuinely no place like it. The access to motorways around you means you’re never to far from any destination for commuters or people travelling in general

The design and facilities are great - especially the gym which is a huge perk to have. Really enjoy the meeting rooms too for WFH residents. The terraces are a very nice spot for summer relaxing and getting some sun and the games area is always good fun with fellow residents and visitors.

Fantastic development! I absolutely loved my mid-term stay at Solasta. The location, so close to the city, was perfect. The ambience was wonderful, with great co-working spaces and an ideal gym. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the monthly events made it truly feel like home. Thank you for the great memories!

Great city centre accommodation in a lovely part of the Clyde This has been an ideal long-term temporary furnished flat for us. Our 2 bedroom unit has a lovely big terrace which is such a bonus. Layout works really well for us. Shared space is great. We regularly use the work area, gym and dining room. Staff are very helpful
