All facilities under the same roof. Literally the River Thames is at 30 sec facing the main entrance and Clapham Junction station at less than 10 mins walk.

Cant Imagine Myself Living Elsewhere I wouldn't change anything about this building, from the way people greet you in the morning, to the interesting happenings that are planned by Nico. It is lovely to see that people are willing to connect, whether we are cooking together or drinking at the bar. I cant see myself living anywhere else.

I don't want to leave this place!! Gym is massive and so is the cinema. The spaces keep changing based on our feedback and the team is always here to listen and solve my problems. I like how everything is with a QR code so there is no paper and the building has a strong focus on sustainability.

Best team in the world The property management team is absolutely outstanding, the best there is in the world I have to say. They truly make this home a home. From the managers K and V to the front desk team L and G. I mean, I have no words, from the bottom of my heart I want to thank them for always being there, always sharing a smile, dealing with issues as urgently as possible, and it truly shows everyday that they love their jobs and the community here! Reception is great. Facilities are appropriate and clean. The property gets cleaned throughly daily . There is plenty of kitchenware. Working space is appropriate. Cinema night is amazing with frequent movie nights. Management organises fun events frequently.
