Great apartment, great facilities. I think the facilities and building management are excellent. The facilities are outstanding and clean and well-managed and any interactions with staff have been good. The design of the flat is good and it’s nice that you can amend it to your choice.

Love living here! The apartments here are all done to a high spec and are laid out really well. We have free access to the gym and outdoor heated pool which is so worth the price. The building is very pet friendly, with a low additional monthly cost per pet & we have access to a play pen and further surrounding grass for the dogs to play safely. The concierge are always helpful and great to chat to.

Amazing facilities such as swimming pool and host parties for Halloween summer parties. Very friendly management and front of house team. Toye is very helpful and friendly always welcomes at reception and makes sure you’re settling in well. Lovely to have a conversation with always lively and there for a good laugh!

Amazing apartments in zone 3 Blackhorse Mills is a stunning development, with a great community and amazingly finished, comfortable apartments. The shared co working space is fantastic if you work from home and it’s nice to relax with a game of pool, or a dip in the other pool, in the evenings or at weekends.

Great location, nice development A great development with lots of facilities including outdoor pool, gym, tennis courts and communal spaces. Perfect for having mates round and it’s nice to have a different space to hang out outside of your flat. The view from the rooftop is amazing, you can see all of London.
