My renting experience is great so far. I rented the apartment over seeing a video only and I was a bit concerned at first, but everything was very smooth right from the beginning and very professional. There are some minor maintenance issues, but the team is very helpful and fast in sorting them out. Having had bad experiences on the London rental market before, I am very happy with my choice.

The added amenities are also due to be open soon including gym and roof top terrace which we are really looking forward to. Great living space & facilities The building is really well maintained. It has a lot of space and light areas on the upper floors for work and relaxation. I can not recommend the team highly enough Daniel, Emma and Junior are all so professional, friendly and helpful. I've even met Michael the buildings/site manager when I was collecting my keys, who made me feel very welcomed.

Great living space & facilities It’s been a month now, and so far, everything is great. The house was brand new and clean, and the concierge staff are very helpful. It’s safe, pretty and has good facilities. All the little issues have been resolved on time and I haven’t yet had any major problems. ParcelSafe is great for having hassle-free parcel receipt

Super clean with friendly staff, easy to chat to everyone and get problems solved quickly. Concierge and Joe especially go the extra mile to keep things running smoothly. Simple design with good outdoor space, gym and social space will be great when finished
