The facilities are amazing and it's well managed. The maintenance team are lovely, very friendly and professional. Property management is quite good, Dan is very friendly and sends out regular communications. Me and my partner are very happy with the design and how quickly maintenance will repair anything that needs repairing. 

The building is extremely wholesome with a real community vibe. The amenities are the best I’ve ever seen with an on site gym, coworking spaces, a group cinema room, roof terraces and community kitchen. The management are so kind and attentive, with no ask too big and no question too much. They’ve made our move seamless and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend Y&E as a beautiful place to call home. 

 I love the communal areas as it was one of the selling points for choosing York and elder. There are facilities that make hosting extremely easy. Other areas like the rooftop terrace make spending alone time worth while. Excellent for all types of people. 

The design is clean, modern, and safe, with loads of communal spaces including rooftop terraces, a gym, and workspaces. The apartments are to a great standard, with modern fittings, sensible layouts, and designs that let you leave your own impression on the space. The biggest highlight however is the management and staff. The front desk is manned 24/7 in most cases, and all of the staff members I have met in my 2 years living here have been friendly, helpful and willing to go well above the standard to make your stay comfortable.
