The development itself is modern and well-designed, with a welcoming atmosphere and clean communal areas. Facilities such as the gym and lounge are well-maintained, and the building management team is usually responsive and friendly. The property management ensures the shared spaces are tidy and secure, though communication about maintenance schedules could be improved. Overall, it’s a comfortable and pleasant place to live, offering good value for the quality provided. 

The design of the building is gorgeous. The entrance feels and looks luxury. Communal areas are smart, clean & welcoming. Love the roof garden & gym! You get free WiFi included too. Bin storage is easy to get to, clean and inside, which i love. All staff are very accommodating and smiley! Nothing is too much trouble. They're lovely. 

The building design is amazing the layout of the rooms and facilities inside, the study room where you can hang out study talk to other people who live inside the building it’s a great atmosphere and looks amazing. If there is a problem with the lift not a problem there are 3 other lifts and normally fixed with in 1 day, everything is kept at a certain 

The property management team here does an exceptional job of creating a positive living experience for all residents. One of the things I appreciate most is the variety of events they regularly host — from social gatherings to pet-friendly activities, there’s always something engaging happening for everyone. The facilities are another major highlight. The building offers a well-maintained gym with all the essential equipment, as well as relaxing and rejuvenating yoga sessions that help support a healthy lifestyle.
