I moved into this building in August and am totally satisfied. All relevant household appliances are on modern standards and the location in the city centre is perfect. I especially appreciate the 24/7 desk service that is always available for help. Especially to mention Agnieszka, who was helping with a lot of organizational questions when i newly arrived here and has always been helpful when little problems occurred. All in all, a perfect place to live in Birmingham.

Building is lovely and modern. Staff at front desk are always friendly and willing to help. Monthly socials are organised to keep residents in touch with each other. There is a gym with some equipment and rarely gets busy. Overall nice place to live and lovely view if you have a canal side flat.

The household appliances are of modern standard and the fully furnished option provided a luxury finish. The 24/7 desk service is always available to help. All the staff have been very friendly and helped out when we have asked any questions or needed some help with a maintenance issues. It’s a perfect place to live for my work.
