I’ve had a very positive experience living in this development. The building itself is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, and offers lovely views. The design feels modern and well thought out. One of the biggest strengths is the staff and property management team — they are extremely helpful, friendly, and flexible. Every time I have had a question or needed assistance, they have responded promptly and worked to find the best solution. The facilities are excellent, especially the gym, which is well equipped and easily accessible for residents who enjoy exercising regularly. The development is also pet-friendly, which is a great advantage. Overall, it is a well-managed, comfortable place to live with a supportive team and great amenities

The facilities are extremely useful and comprises resident allotments, a communal gym, covered and outdoor parking. The development is circa 6 years old but the team have done well to maintain the building and communal spaces and update decor where required. The onsite management team are particularly efficient in supporting the residents as they are responsive and reasonable in how they conduct their property maintenance and also work flexibly to minimize disruption.

Property management is great and they are always quick to respond. Even though they can’t sort out every issue on the spot, it really feels like the team do care and want to help get maintenance issues resolved. The facilities are excellent, with a free gym onsite and coffee machine in reception, to name only a few. The flats are a lovely design and modern, with well thought out space, with a beautiful spacious communal terrace. The bin shed (mini recycling centre) is a life saver - not having to worry about bin days and putting them out in the rain is wonderful!

The building is centrally located within the community, facilitating convenient access to the city center, shopping areas,gym, train and bus stations, and numerous local shops, and it is particularly advantageous for children attending school which supported in various personal development.
