Soho Yard

The design here is so good, was so happy and surprised to see such a sleek and modern design. SoHo also has so many little areas that add a little extra touch of home, that makes it feel more like a community and less like a stand alone apartment. I love that there are areas to study/ work, a tv room that’s usually free for use, a games area and little nooks where you can sit and have a coffee. The weight room is also elite, and such a great amenity to have 

This development is truly built for living, all aspects of life are considered to bicycle parking, repairs, bike wash and dog shower. Fully equipped gym. No expenses spared or corners cut. I genuinely believe this place has a positive impact on mental health with multiple community spaces breathing life into modern living. 

 The management team are so lovely and helpful! The gym is well equipped and the co working space is a lovely break from your apartment. The apartments are very well sized and not noisy from outside. They do community events often too which is great to meet people. 

The building itself is stunning I have a corner apartment with gorgeous views of the city overlooking the river the apartment is very spacious and modern the staff are always putting on events for residents which is a welcome change from previous places I’ve lived the entire building is warm and friendly
