The design and facilities are exactly what I require and knowing this makes it a great place to live. The buildings and facilities are managed exceptionally well and are kept clean and tidy at all times. What is also impressive is the regular updates on things happening within the buildings and the promotion of social activities. In addition the residents come numerous cultures and all are made to feel welcome which is down to excellent management.

The buildings are a nice modern industrial but cozy design. I like the facilities set out in various buildings and especially the work spaces. It’s also very easy and convenient to collect parcels and take any queries straight to reception. The building management have always been so lovely and helpful and they are quick to look into any maintenance issues.

Been living here for over 1.5 years and we still love it so much. The roof terraces and proximity to town are the best around! Really nice to have the co-working spaces to work remotely from, the gym, the lounges, the party space for hire, etc. Aside from making friends with others here, we’ve come to know the front of house staff very well (shoutout to Jac and Kourtney!), who look after everyone and also arrange community events for residents. Even the maintenance staff is so nice, and quick to take action when you need them! Highly recommended. An ideal place to live, really.

The design of the complex is really bright and spacious. Loads of natural light in the apartment, lots of small features that give it character. I frequently use both the gym and the library workspace, and meeting rooms. Best place to live in Leeds. City centre.
