The apartments are really nicely designed. With modern features, washer dryers and oven etc included. Parcel room is a nice addition and staff seem friendly and helpful. It is a gated community to the central courtyard which is always a nice addition and lots of events are arranged to get tenants involved. 

The development is exceptionally well designed, with modern architecture, attractive communal areas, and high-quality finishes throughout. The facilities are excellent and consistently maintained to a very high standard. Building and property management are outstanding—responsive, professional, and always helpful. Any issues are resolved quickly, and the overall environment feels secure, clean, and welcoming. It is a fantastic place to live, offering comfort, convenience, and a strong sense of community. 

So far from what i have seen the facilities and design of the flats are really good. They have everything you need for moving and for first time renters. I have no compaintes at all and have found the whole process of moving so much easier. Everyone has made us feel welcome and everyone is extremely friendly

Both the concierge service and the parcel room are clinical and efficient, ensuring a seamless living experience. It is a highly well maintained and convenient place to call home.
