The design is great. Very modern. I love the facilities especially the gym. It’s the biggest gym amongst all of the other accommodations. The management is friendly and helpful. You always have your questions answered and your concerns addressed. The staff are also kind, helpful and friendly. We always love greeting them and talking to them. What makes Candleriggs special compared to other accommodations is that they care about and encourage socializing amongst tenants. That is why they helped me to organize, host and promote my book club which I really appreciate.

Beyond the service, the location is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away from shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Whether it's grabbing a coffee, doing groceries, or commuting to work, it's all effortlessly within reach

The interior design is absolutely gorgeous through out the property. There is a beautiful reception area upon arrival. This tasteful interior then flows throughout all the common use areas such as the work stations to a separate living/dining room area packed with amenities that can be booked for private events by residents for family gatherings, etc. There is plenty of lifts and ample bin storage. The building is always kept clean and immaculate by the fantastic team here. My favourite amenity of the building is the large sun terrace on the 9th floor with stunning views of the city, a great place to soak up the sun and chill out. The gym is also very impressive with an incredible array of equipment. I’m very pleased I made the move here!

Candleriggs is nicely designed with good communal facilities and a gym. It is modern and well run by the management team. The management team works hard to create a sense of community through various activities and events, catering to a wide range of interests.
