It is a very modern facility. With gym area and communal area, this residential building is facilitated for all you need. Additionally, there is a private garden inside the building which makes the living experience very enjoyable. I love this feature.

The development looks very clean & modern, cleaning is done everyday to an excellent standard. Property management is also very helpful and friendly, they are quick to assist every time whenever I have an enquiry no matter its at the reception or through Whatsapp. There are also numerous interesting events held over the year at the lobby area like the sip & paint and Halloween pumpkin carving to name a few. A suggestion I would make would be to include more variety in terms of gym equipment - it is understandable the gym space is not very big, but maybe some machines that we have multiple of could be changed into ones of other variety.

Design is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. close to city centre. Very well managed building. Lots of very useful facilities. The building is very secure providing much comfort for my family. Wael is always extra helpful in many aspects. I love that I’m also notified via WhatsApp whenever my package arrives, usually from him. Super helpful!!
