Looking for a Home

How do I find an available home?

The best place to start depends on the type of home you're looking for.

Folk Co-Living

Visit the Folk website to explore available studios, flexible stays and community spaces.

Private Rented Homes

Can I book a viewing?

Absolutely.

Most of our homes can be viewed in person, and many developments also offer virtual tours.

We always recommend visiting where possible so you can experience the home, amenities and community first-hand.

Many costs are included within one monthly payment.

Requirements vary, but you may be asked to provide:

    • Proof of income
