URBANBUBBLE TO MANAGE FRED DONE’S TRINITY
urbanbubble has recently been appointed by FICM, Fred Done’s development company, to provide the management of his new private rented sector (PRS) development in Salford. The development will comprise of 380 apartments and seven townhouses at the junction of Trinity Way and Blackfriars in Salford. We see PRS as a major opportunity and look forward to see the thousands of new PRS homes that are in the pipeline of Manchester. We will be working closely with FICM Ltd to aid in the scheme and develop a robust and resident focused management strategy. Trinity will be ready by January 2018 and has already received a great deal of PR – it is proving to be a very exciting project and will most definitely be in high demand.
“I am thrilled to be working with FICM on Trinity, it will be one of the first, true PRS schemes built and will be a huge benchmark for other developments to follow.” – Michael Howard, managing director, urbanbubble
5plus Architects and FICM have been working together to design a scheme that will incorporate the grade II-listed Black Friars pub whilst housing a number of one, two and three bedroom apartments plus seven townhouses.
“urbanbubble’s approach really impressed us, they have a great reputation with the management of their existing portfolio. They understand the difference between tenants and customers. With our PRS schemes we offer much more than just an apartment.” – Simon Ismail, director, FICM.
We look forward to working with Simon Ismail and the team and can’t wait to see the outcome of FCIM and 5plus Architects ambitious work.
