Our building services colleagues are paid well above the living wage and have been for many years, in branded uniform and regularly assessed, trained and in contact with the Property Manager. These people are the front line of our service, critical to our overall service standards and we work hard to motivate and reward them to provide our customers the best residential management service in Manchester and the wider North West.
One size does NOT fit all….
Prior to coming on board with urbanbubble, A Site Services Schedule is compiled which determines what cleaning, caretaking and health and safety activity a property needs and residents/leaseholders want. This determines how much time is spent and the schedule when our building services colleagues are at a Property. We don’t try to over-state what is needed for commercial gain, we simply deliver what is needed after listening to our customers.
Purge and Maintain
Sometimes it’s difficult to see the wood for the trees when taking a property on that hasn’t had the TLC it deserves. At urbanbubble, we prepare a pre-take on purge plan and from day one, we dedicate as much resource as possible to tackle the quick wins that can make a difference across the development. The result is a development that can be easily maintained thereafter, happy residents and an instant impact for all to see.
A watchful eye
On all large developments, our building service colleagues complete daily checks to identify anything out of place at their developments. These are uploaded using a dedicated smartphone app and with the Property Management Team before the office opens at 8.30am. The Property Management Team complete monthly or bi-monthly formal property assessments which are published onto My urbanbubble, our bespoke members website for residents to review.

All of our Building Service colleagues have the latest smartphones with emails so if you need a meter reading or report a problem, you can get in touch easily. When they’re not around, any emergencies can by reported into the office by phone or email and in out of hours, all emergencies can be called into our emergency enquiry line.
